Developing People of Purpose

Melanie B. Rogers was born and raised in the Atlanta, Georgia. She is the fourth of five children born to the late Carlton Burley Sr. and Mrs. Annie J. Burley. She received Christ as her personal Lord and Savior in 1986, under the leadership of the late Apostle Joseph P. Minter.
In 1983, she became employed at Trust Company Bank. During employment, she received numerous promotions; and held numerous leadership positions. After 20 years of dedicated service, she decided to retire early.
In 1986, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications/Public Relations graduate of Clark University, formerly known as Clark College.
In late summer of 1991, Melanie married Dennis L Rogers, a lay minister, whom she has joined spiritual forces to birth forth Christian Outreach Evangelistic Church in 1993.
While working hard to be a great supporting and loving wife, Melanie began to prepare herself for success in business ownership.
In 1999, Melanie decided to open her own home day care business. She continued to work at the bank at night, while she ran her day care business during the day.
God continued to bless Dennis and Melanie with a bubbling bundle of joy. Joshua E. Rogers was born on July 17, 2002. And if that wasn’t enough to keep her busy, she decided to enroll in Griffin Tech in November 2002 to expand her basic knowledge in Early Childhood Development and Education.
With proof that God is a faithful to those who diligently seek Him; she moved her in home daycare business, Pure Love Learning Center to the church in 2002. Mrs. Rogers has encouraged all teachers to receive their Certification in Early Care who has assisted the center in receiving National Accreditation for Early Child care and Education Programs.  Furthermore, she has continued to enhance her passion as an Early Care Profession by receiving a 2 star rating with the Quality Rating Program.
